Real Man is a live-in workshop with accommodation and all meals provided. It is suitable for men aged 18 and above.

Each workshop is conducted over three and a half days, from a Thursday evening to a Sunday evening, at a tranquil venue situated deep in the heart of a rainforest near Samford, approximately 45 minutes northwest of the Brisbane CBD.
