REAL MAN was a wonderful workshop. Prior to participating, my relationships with other people including my loved ones were not as deep as I would have liked. While I could relate to others physical pain the emotional side seemed to elude me. Moodiness, wild rage - sometimes becoming extreme, caused by minor incidents, occurred infrequently inside of me. This was part of the barrier that I built up around me in order to keep people away, even my closest friends and partner. That part of me refused to let them see who I really was. I found it difficult to even talk to them about how I felt. During the last few hours of the workshop, my love for my wife was so intense, I was excited just to go home and tell her how I felt.

The REAL MAN workshop has been the single most healing event of my life. For at least three decades I have fought an ongoing battle with depression, at times thinking I had finally beaten it, only to have it sneak back and continue it's debilitating drag on my life and relationships. I tried many ways to beat it, including "counting my (many) blessings". But none of them worked in the long term. REAL MAN has changed my life completely. I still have plenty of issues and difficulties to deal with, that's just life after all. Now at I have power and resources to deal with them.

The workshop was great! I've never done a workshop where I gained so much insight and personal growth in such a short period of time. The workshop is for men and deals with the issues that we face day in, day out; issues that affect relationships with spouses, children, work colleagues, clients and self.
