Please ensure that you arrive 15 minutes before start time
Finish times are estimated only. Please have the flexibility, understanding and be prepared for the possibility of the seminar finishing later than expected, up to one hour

Essential Information
| Meal Breaks |
There will not be any meal break on Thursday night, however we will have a very short refreshment break.
You will have approximately one hour for lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday and one hour for lunch on Sunday
There will be adequate refreshment breaks
There is a café and restaurant located on site and there are also conveniently located eating places within a few minutes’ walk of the venue for your lunch and dinner.

| How to Dress |
We recommend neat, casual clothes and that you bring a warm piece of clothing as the air-conditioning at the venue is very effective and quite cool. |

All your Seminar materials (manual, writing materials) |

Water bottle or container (full) which has a screw top lid
Personal snacks such as fruit and nuts
$25 spending money as part of a game
Sufficient other money to purchase personal refreshments and meals

| Asking for your Co-operation |
Mobile phones must be turned off during the Seminar. It is preferable that you are not distracted during the breaks by mobile phones, so please leave them at home.

Real Life Design is an extraordinary adventure over 3½ days.
We recommend you minimise your commitments on the following Monday and create the space to honour yourself and reflect on an amazing weekend.

The Integration Night will be held at Fitzy’s Convention Centre.
